Cell Cycle Progression

Abstract: I am specifically interested in genes involved in regulation of the G2-M transition and the mitotic exit network in the budding yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Of additional interest are the interactions between these genes and those involved in the DNA damage checkpoint response. The main focus of our current work is to identify and characterize new genetic interactions with known regulators of G2-M and/or mitotic exit.
